摘　　要：目的 了解不同类别军队人员中医体质分布规律,并探讨其与兵种、地域、年龄、性别、学历等因素的相关性。方法 运用中医体质量表为在某中心疗养的部队官兵开展中医体质辨识,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)590名官兵中,共有偏颇体质393人(66.6%),类型以湿热质(21.1%)、阳虚质(18.5%)、痰湿质(15.1%)、气虚质(14.3%)、阴虚质(13.4%)为多见。(2)不同类别部队官兵中医体质分布存在较大差异,高原官兵以湿热质、阴虚质、痰湿质多见;水面舰艇、潜艇官兵以阳虚质、湿热质、痰湿质多见;战略支援部队、火箭军官兵以湿热质、气虚质、阳虚质多见。(3)驻地环境气候、性别、年龄、学历等因素对军队人员中医体质分布均有一定影响。结论 军队人员中医体质与兵种、驻地气候、性别、年龄等因素均具有一定相关性,应作为部队官兵中医体质调查研究及制定相应体质调摄方案必须考虑的因素。Objective To understand the distribution law of TCM constitution among military personnel of different categories,and to explore its correlation with the factors such as military branches,region,age,gender and education background.Methods The TCM constitution scale was used to identify the TCM constitution of the officers and soldiers recuperating in a center,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results①Among 590 officers and soldiers,there were 393 persons(66.6%)with biased constitution,and the most common types were dampness-heat(21.1%),Yang-deficiency(18.5%),phlegm-dampness(15.1%),Qi-deficiency(14.3%)and Yin-deficiency(13.4%).②There were great differences in the distribution of TCM constitution among officers and soldiers of different categories.Dampness-heat,Yin-deficiency and phlegm-dampness were common among the officers and soldiers on plateau.Yang-deficiency,dampness-heat,phlegm-dampness were common among the officers and soldiers on surface ships and submarines.Strategic support troops and the rocket army officers and soldiers were characterized by dampness-heat,Qi-deficiency and Yang-deficiency.③Resident environment,climate,gender,age,education background and other factors had a certain impact on the distribution of TCM constitution of military personnel.Conclusion The TCM constitution of military personnel has some correlation with the factors such as military branch,resident climate,gender and age,which should be considered as the factors for the investigation of TCM constitution of military personnel and the formulation of corresponding constitution adjustment plan.
