康复疗养中心转型发展中护理队伍建设难点分析与对策研究

摘　　要：护理队伍建设方向对康复疗养中心转型发展起着关键作用,根据军改期间军队卫勤保障工作需要和康复疗养中心转型中的工作特点,本文分析了军队康复疗养中心转型发展中护理队伍建设存在的护理人员短缺、培训效果不佳、护理科研发展水平较低、学科发展思路滞后等难点问题,提出了加大护理人员和人才的培养、统筹计划按需施训、探索科研发展新方法、确定学科发展目标等相应的对策措施,并逐步在实践中加以运用,有效提高了护理队伍的专业技能和综合素质,同时提升护理质量,受到了部队官兵的充分肯定。The direction of nursing team construction plays a crucial role in the transformation and development of rehabilitation and recuperation centers.Based on the needs of military medical support during the military reform period and the characteristics of the transformation of rehabilitation and recuperation centers,this article analyzes the difficulties in nursing team construction during the transformation and development of military rehabilitation and recuperation centers,such as shortage of nursing personnel,poor training effectiveness,low level of nursing scientific research development,and lagging development ideas of disciplines.It proposes corresponding countermeasures such as increasing the training of nursing personnel and talents,coordinating training according to needs,exploring new methods of scientific research development,and determining development goals of disciplines,and gradually applies them in practice,effectively improving the professional skills and comprehensive quality of nursing teams,while improving nursing quality,which has been fully recognized by military officers and soldiers.
