摘　　要：目的 明确长期特勤健康管理对部队空勤人员高尿酸血症治疗和预防的效果。方法 通过调查问卷、体格检查及实验室检查收集2016年1月1日至2018年8月31日某中心172例空勤疗养人员基本信息及实验室检查指标,按照随机数列将其平均分为高尿酸未干预组、高尿酸干预组、尿酸正常未干预组和尿酸正常干预组,每组43例。干预组予疗养院和部队联合健康管理,未干预组参加正常疗养活动。应用统计学方法分析健康管理对血尿酸变化的影响。结果 干预后,高尿酸干预组53.5%血尿酸水平恢复正常,较未干预组显著增加(P<0.001),尿酸正常干预组9.3%发生高尿酸血症,较未干预组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 长期有效的特勤健康管理可有效治疗和预防空勤人员高尿酸血症。Objective To investigate the effect of long-term special service health management on the treatment and prevention of hyperuricemia in military aircrew.Methods From January 1,2016 to August 31,2018,the basic information and laboratory examination indices of 172 aircrew convalescents in a center were collected by questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory examination.Using the random sequence,they were divided into high uric acid non-intervention group,high uric acid intervention group,normal uric acid non-intervention group and normal uric acid intervention group,with 43 cases in each group.People in intervention groups were given joint health management of the sanatorium and the military,and those in the non-intervention groups participated in normal recuperation activities.The effect of health management on blood uric acid was analyzed by statistical method.Results Blood uric acid level in the high uric acid intervention group was 53.5%,which returned normal and was significantly higher than that of the high uric acid non-intervention group(P<0.001).Blood uric acid level in the normal uric acid intervention group was 9.3%,which was significantly lower than that in the non-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term special service health management can effectively treat and prevent the hyperuricemia of the aircrew.
