摘　　要：在自媒体时代,微信公众号成为大学生获取信息的主要途径之一,也成为高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的重要载体之一。针对高校公众号当前普遍存在的定位不清晰、形式内容不丰富、创新性不足等问题,高校应准确把握青年学生成长发展的实际需求,通过优化顶层设计、贴近学生需求、紧跟热点借势、注重有效参与等举措,进一步优化网络文化内容供给,不断提升辅导员网络育人工作实效。In the era of We Media,WeChat official account has become one of the main ways for college students to obtain information and one of the important carriers for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education.In view of the current common problems of college official account,such as unclear positioning,lack of rich forms and content,and lack of innovation,colleges and universities should accurately grasp the actual needs of young students'growth and development,and further optimize the supply of online cultural content and constantly improve the effectiveness of online education of counselors by optimizing top-level design,closing to students'needs,following hot spots and taking advantage of opportunities,and focusing on effective participation.
