透水沥青混凝土PAC-13在高速公路中的应用研究

摘  要:为提高广州新白云国际机场第二高速的使用性能,采用一种开级配骨架空隙型结构沥青混合料,即透水沥青混凝土PAC-13。文章对透水沥青混凝土PAC-13进行了材料比选、配比设计优化、路用性能验证、实体工程铺装和检测,对其作为上层铺装的应用效果进行了研究。选用高粘性改性沥青并进行级配优化设计,确定透水沥青混凝土PAC-13的最佳配比,确定沥青最佳用量为4.5%。设计的透水沥青混凝土上层PAC-13经过高温性能、水稳性能和抗滑性能等试验验证,认为其路用性能优越。广州新白云国际机场第二高速公路工程试验段结果表明,采用4cm透水沥青混凝土上面层PAC-13的路用性能满足相关规范和设计文件要求,具有推广应用价值。In order to improve the operating performance of the second expressway of Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport,a kind of open graded skeleton void-structure asphalt mixture is used,namely permeable asphalt concrete PAC-13.The material comparison and selection,proportion design optimization,road performance verification,physical engineering pavement and test on the permeable asphalt concrete PAC-13 are carried out,so as to study its application effect as the upper layer pavement.The high-viscosity modified asphalt is selected and the gradation optimization design is made,so as to determine the optimal ratio of permeable asphalt concrete PAC-13,and determine the optimal asphalt dosage of 4.5%.The upper layer of the designed permeable asphalt concrete PAC-13 is verified through tests on high-temperature performance,water stability performance,and anti-skid performance and it is considered to have superior road performance.The results of the test section of the second expressway project of Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport show that,the road performance of the upper layer of the 4cm permeable asphalt concrete PAC-13 meets the requirements of the relevant specification and design document,with the promotion and application value.
