河北省公路货运特征及管理策略研究

摘　　要：公路路网覆盖面广,具有“门到门”的优势,能够为其他运输方式提供集疏运服务,解决出行链“最后一公里”的难题,是综合运输体系的基础网络,也是应用最广泛的运输方式之一。文章通过分析河北省货物运输特征及存在的问题,研判货物需求变化趋势和规模结构,提出加强协同管理的对策建议,为行业主管部门优化路网结构,制定管理政策提供参考。The highway network has a wide coverage and the advantage of"door-to-door".It can provide inland transport service for other transportation modes and solve the problem of the"last mile"of the travel chain.It is the basic network of the comprehensive transportation system and it is also one of the most widely used transportation modes.The variation trend and scale structure of cargo demand are studied and determined by analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of cargo transportation in Hebei province,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the collaborative management,so as to provide reference for industry regulatory authorities to optimize the highway network structure and formulate the management policies.
