摘 要:采用碳纤维复合材料替代铸铝合金材料对某直升机减速器主承力机匣进行了轻量化设计。在保留原设计硬点条件和满足结构强度/刚度条件下,实现机匣减重达21.8%。通过热模压制造了等比例的四分之一碳纤维机匣,对机匣进行了静力加载和疲劳测试。结果表明,碳纤维机匣在1.5倍设计载荷下静力测试未破坏,设计载荷下疲劳测试循环次数达到2万多,满足设计要求,从而验证了直升机减速器主承力机匣碳纤维轻量化的可行性。The housing of a helicopter reducer system is lightweight designed by replacing cast aluminum alloy with carbon fiber reinforced composites.Under the condition of retaining the original design hard points and meeting the requirements of structural stiffness and strength,the lightweight design of the housing is achieved with a weight reduction of 21.8%.One quarter composite housing with 1∶1 scale is trial-manufactured with the hot pressure molding.Static and fatigue tests of the composite housing are carried out.The test results show that the composite housing is not damaged in the static test under 1.5 times the design load,and the num-ber of fatigue test cycles under the design load reaches more than 20000 times.This verifies the feasibility of light-weighting with the carbon fiber reinforced composite for the housing of the helicopter reducer system.
