摘 要:本文针对某炼铁厂厂房主体框排架混凝土结构在使用过程中存在质量缺陷和设备振动等问题,为评估其使用安全性,通过对承受荷载、结构缺陷检查、强度检测及钢筋配置等进行现场调查,运用PKPM软件验算结构承载力,结合结构检测鉴定,计算分析结构的固有频率、阻尼比和动力测试,对该工程进行了结构可靠性评定。结果表明:针对承载力不足的梁柱构件,可采用粘贴碳纤维布和增大截面法进行加固处理;针对动速度峰值超过安全允许限值,可采用布置谐调阻尼器的方式进行减振处理;加固后结构的承载力得到显著提升,结构减振取得良好效果。本文提出的此类混凝土结构厂房安全性鉴定与评估方法和加固处理的建议,为类似工程的可靠性评估与减震加固提供了参考。This paper focuses on the quality defects and equipment vibration of the main frame and truss concrete structure of a certain ironmaking plant during use.To evaluate its safety,the article conducts on the load-bearing capacity,structural defect inspection,strength testing,and steel reinforcement configuration on-site investigations,uses PKPM software to verify the structural bearing capacity,and conducts structural inspections to calculate and analyze the natural frequency,damping ratio,and dynamic testing of the structure,evaluates the structural reliability of the project.The results indicate that for beam and column components with insufficient bearing capacity,reinforcement treatment can be carried out by pasting carbon fiber cloth and increasing the cross-section method;for beam and column components with peak dynamic speed exceeding the safe allowable limit,vibration reduction can be achieved by arranging harmonic dampers;the bearing capacity of the reinforced structure has been significantly improved,and the vibration reduction of the structure has achieved good results.It proposes a safety identification and evaluation method for this type of concrete structure factory building,and provides suggestions for reinforcement treatment,which can provide a reference for reliability evaluation and seismic reinforcement of similar projects.
