摘 要:以聚乙烯(PE)网衣为基材,苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐(SEBS-g-MAH)和苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)为原料,通过浸涂法制备得到PE/SEBS-g-MAH/SEBS(PSMS);分析讨论了不同SEBS附着率时PSMS的力学性能、表面形貌、表面性质、抗蛋白吸附和抗大肠杆菌吸附等性能。结果表明,PSMS表面呈大小不一的泡孔形貌,且随着SEBS附着率的增大,PSMS表面泡孔密度增大,拉伸强度先增加后降低。当SEBS附着率为46.1%时,PSMS的拉伸强度和表面自由能分别为6.045 MPa和14.055 mN/m,抗蛋白吸附率达93.21%,同时兼具良好的抗大肠杆菌吸附性能。除此之外,PSMS在海洋挂板实验中也表现出良好的防污性能。PE/SEBS-g-MAH/SEBS(PSMS)was prepared from PE,styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride(SEBS-g-MAH)and styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene copolymer(SEBS)through dipcoating method.The mechanical property,surface topography,surface properties,antiprotein adsorption and anti-Escherichia coli adsorption of PSMS at different SEBS adhesion rates were analyzed.The results indicate that,the surface of PSMS exhibits a cellular morphology,and the density of cell increases with the increasing of SEBS adhesion rate.Moreover,the tensile strength of PSMS is increased and then decreased with the increasing of SEBS adhesion rate.When the SEBS adhesion rate is 46.1%,the tensile strength and surface free energy reach 6.045 MPa and 14.055 mN/m,respectively.Meanwhile,it shows antiprotein adsorption property of 93.21%and good anti Escherichia coli adsorption performance.The PSMS shows long-term effective antifouling property based on the results of ocean hanging plate experiment.
