浅析石油化工工程建设项目施工进度计划管理及控制

摘　　要：近年来,中国石化行业发展迅速,石化项目建设数量增加,但是工程建设周期长,其中面临着各种不确定因素,导致石化工程项目时常出现项目延期现象,不符合项目进度规划,造成成本增加,效益减少。为了解决这一问题,文章针对石化工程建设项目进度计划及控制展开研究,简要概述了项目进度管理重要性,并对项目进度影响因素进行分析,最后编制了项目进度计划,并就项目进度顺利推进提出了控制措施。In recent years,the petrochemical industry in China has developed rapidly,with an increase in the number of petrochemical project construction.However,the engineering construction cycle is long,and it faces various uncertain factors,which often lead to project delays and non-compliance with project schedule planning,resulting in increased costs and reduced benefits.In order to solve this problem,this article conducts research on the schedule planning and control of petrochemical engineering construction projects,briefly outlines the importance of project schedule management,analyzes the factors affecting project schedule,and finally prepares a project schedule plan,and proposes control measures for the smooth progress of the project.
