摘　　要：虚拟电厂是新型电力系统建设的典型实践。针对当前虚拟电厂适用技术标准较少、标准体系建设滞后的问题,对虚拟电厂相关标准进行收集、梳理,从基础通用、规划建设、运行维护、支撑技术和能效评估等方面分析了虚拟电厂各环节的标准化现状,依据自上而下和自下而上的系统工程方法,结合引导性、协调性、系统性和开放性的虚拟电厂标准体系构建原则,设计了涵盖15个子类、52个标准系列的体系架构,并基于未来需求分析提出了重点布局建议,为虚拟电厂标准制定和修订工作提供参考。Virtual power plants(VPPs)represent a tangible implementation in the construction of modern power systems.Addressing the current challenges of limited applicable technical standards and a lag in the development of a standardized system for VPPs,this paper,based on the collection and organization of relevant standards,conducts a comprehensive analysis of the standardization status across various facets of VPPs,including basic general standards,planning and construction,operation and maintenance,supporting technologies,and energy efficiency assessments.Adopting both top-down and bottom-up approaches of system engineering and guided by the principles of directive,coordinating,systematic,and open VPP standard system construction,a system architecture has been designed.The architecture encompasses 15 subcategories and 52 standard series.Furthermore,based on a future demand analysis,key layout recommendations have been proposed to provide reference for the establishment and revision of VPP standards.
