摘　　要：时代的发展和社会的变化,要求公共图书馆能够成为一个城市的公共客厅,成为市民积极参与其中的第三空间,以期满足日新月异变化的大众在精神和文化方面的需求。With the development of the times and the change of the society,the public library is required to become the public living room of a city and the third space for citizens to actively participate in,so as to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the rapidly changing public.
