摘　　要：文章以《贵州省公共图书馆条例》为依据,结合本馆实际,分析了读者权利与义务,提出保障读者权利与义务的实现路径。Based on the Regulations of Guizhou Provincial Public Library and the actual situation of the library,this paper analyzes the rights and obligations of readers,and puts forward the realization way to guarantee the rights and obligations of readers.
