摘　　要：文化振兴是乡村振兴的灵魂,而乡村公共图书室作为文化振兴的重要支撑,扮演着乡村文化交流中心和乡村知识传播平台的重要角色,是阻断乡村贫困代际传递的重要力量。然而在调研中发现,目前六盘水市乡村图书室还存在基础设施不完善,藏书数量不足、质量不高,资金投入不足,缺少专业管理人员,管理不规范等多方面的问题,难以发挥其应有的功能。为此,应树立科学的乡村图书室建设理念,完善乡村图书室建设的管理机制,改进乡村图书室服务方式,以助力乡村精神文明建设,实现乡村文化振兴。Cultural revitalization is the soul of rural revitalization,as a mainly support for cultural revitalization and the rural public library plays an important role in the rural cultural exchange center and rural knowledge transmission platform,which is an important force to block the inter-generational transmission of rural poverty.However,in the survey,it is found that at present,rural libraries in Liupanshui City still have many problems,such as imperfect infrastructure,insufficient quantity and quality of books,insufficient investment,lack of professional management personnel,non-standard management and so on.It is difficult to play its due function.Therefore,we should establish a scientific concept of rural library construction,perfect the management mechanism,improve the service mode,so as to help the construction of rural spiritual civilization and realize the revitalization of rural culture.
