摘  要:公共图书馆作为国家向全民提供文化服务的基础设施之一,在提供阅读服务时更加注重普惠性和公益性,基于读者兴趣的公共图书馆个性化阅读推广模式也应运而生。这种模式与以往公共图书馆的阅读推广模式最大的区别在于其更加注重广大人民群众的个人爱好和阅读需求,致力于提高广大读者朋友的参与度,有助于公共图书馆个性化阅读推广活动赢得更广大的受众群体,最终达到推广全民阅读的目的。本篇文章提出了现阶段我国公共图书馆在开展个性化阅读推广活动中存在的体制机制不健全、群众主动参与的积极性不高等问题,阐述了新的时代背景下公共图书馆如何结合广大读者的阅读兴趣开展个性化阅读推广的主要途径,对公共图书馆未来的改革与发展提供了参考建议。Public Libraries,as one of the national infrastructure for providing cultural services to the whole people,pay more attention to the universality and commonweal in providing reading services,based on the interest of readers,the personalized reading promotion model of public libraries has emerged.The biggest difference about this model is that it pays more attention to the general public's personal hobbies and reading needs,and devotes itself to improving the participation of readers and friends,it is helpful for the public library to win a wider audience for the personalized reading promotion activities,and finally reach the goal of popularizing the whole People's Reading.In this paper,the author puts forward some problems existing in our country's public libraries in carrying out individualized reading promotion activities,such as the imperfect system and mechanism,the low enthusiasm of the masses to participate actively,and so on,this paper expounds the main ways of carrying out the personalized reading promotion in the public library in the new era,and provides some reference suggestions for the reform and development of the public library in the future.
