摘　　要：文章阐述了《贵州省公共图书馆条例》颁布的历史意义,明确地方政府和公共图书馆的责任。This paper expounds the historical significance of the promulgation of the"Regulations on public libraries of Guizhou Province",and defines the responsibilities of local governments and public libraries.
