基于管理视角的高校图书馆学生馆员服务运作案例分析

摘　　要：本文通过文献调研、实地走访等研究方法,对高校图书馆学生馆员服务的具体案例进行了分析。从管理视角的层面出发,认为高校图书馆学生馆员服务无论对于图书馆工作管理还是对学生自身的发展都有着较大的价值和作用,是图书馆良性发展的重要组成部分。This paper analyzes the specific cases of student librarian service in university libraries by means of literature research and field visits.From the perspective of management,this writer thinks that the service of student librarian in university library is of great value and function to both the management of library work and the development of students themselves,and it is an important part of the healthy development of library.
