摘　　要：对于公共图书馆而言,馆员的角色定位也需随着外部环境的改变而进行变革调整,才能够更好地输出服务,提高公共图书馆运行的整体效果。本文通过阐述新形势下公共图书馆馆员的角色定位,包括不同岗位馆员的责任、职能、服务等,为关心这一话题的人们提供参考。The role orientation of librarians in public libraries needs to be changed and adjusted with the change of external environment,so as to better output services and improve the comprehensive effect of public library operation.This paper expounds the role orientation of public library librarians in the new situation,including the exploration of the responsibilities,functions and services of librarians in different positions,hoping to provide references for the people who care about this topic.
