摘　　要：文化作为一种生活方式传递着新生代农民的精神状态和思想需求。乡(镇)村(社区)图书室是基层群众精神文化的主要阵地之一,赤水市乡镇、村、社区图书室和全省其他农村图书馆一样,存在普遍的问题。As a way of life,culture conveys the mental state and ideological needs of the new generation of farmers.The rural library in town and village(community)is one of the main positions of grassroots people's spiritual culture.Like other rural libraries,there are common problems existing in town and village library in Chishui.
