摘　　要：Dear Editor,This letter addresses the passivity-based mean square exponential stabilization problem for switched stochastic nonlinear systems.A concept of generalized small-time norm-observability is presented and an appropriate test condition is also provided.For pre-given passivity rate and average dwell time,a set of feedback controllers is designed by use of the passivity property.
