摘 要:传统风机安装方式为从地基开始,各部件从下到上依次吊装,并且在安装风机叶片时,需要3次高空吊装,使用吊车时间较长,特别是在特殊环境下更增加了操作的安全风险发生的概率,高空作业增加了叶片与轮毂对接的困难程度。现阶段,在大型起重机吊重能力满足要求的前提下,可将3片叶片地面安装于轮毂上再整体一次吊装至高空安装,实现高空作业地面化。但是,现有的地面支承装置不能回转只能靠起重机调整对位,法兰螺栓安装操作空间不足不便施工,同一支承只能安装一种轮毂不能系列化。文中介绍的一种新型风电风机轮毂安装用支承装置设计,解决了传统装置的不足,结构简单、效率高。The traditional fan is installed from the foundation,with components hoisted from bottom to top in turn.In addition,in installation,the fan blades needs to be hoisted at high altitude for three times,so the crane operation lasts too long.Especially in special environment,this increases the safety risk of operation,and aerial work also increases the difficulty of blade and hub docking.Currently,under the premise that the hoisting capacity of large cranes meets the requirements,three blades can be installed on the hub on the ground and then hoisted at one time,which can realize the grounding of aerial works.However,the existing ground support device can’t rotate and can only be adjusted by crane,and the flange bolt installation operation space is insufficient,which is inconvenient for construction,and the same support can only be used in the installation of one kind of hubs.Therefore,in this paper,a new type of support device for wind power fan hub installation is introduced,which solves the shortcomings of traditional fans,and has simple structure and high efficiency.
