摘　　要：文章通过对2011年以及2023年版《公共图书馆服务规范》的对比分析发现,新版规范在整体框架结构上更加规范和具体,内容描述上根据时代背景及相关政策法规修订后更具专业性和学术价值,其侧重点及革新突破在于总分馆服务、数字服务技术和阅读推广等方面。新旧版规范的比照带来三点启示:公共图书馆服务内容和方式已发生了巨大变化,公共图书馆的社会化更加关键,在服务理念上演化比较明显。By comparing and analyzing the 2011 and 2023 editions of the Public library service specifications,this articde finds that the new version is more standardized and specife in overall framework structure.In terms of content description,it is more professional and academically valuable after revision according to the era background and relevant policies and regulations.Its emphasis and innovative breakthroughs lie in overall branch serrice,digital service technology,and reading promotion.Comparing the old and new versions brings about three insights:there have been sigificant changes in the content and methods of public library service;the socialization of public library is more crucial;there is a more evident evolution in service concepts.
