摘　　要：针对罗克韦尔自动化PLC与西门子PLC的开发编程环境不同,两种PLC之间不能通过硬件组态配置方式进行数据交互,导致数据交互困难,需要借助第三方协议网关才能实现数据共享的问题,提出一种采用以太网套接字进行异构数据交互的方法。通过应用MSG、TSEND_C、TRCV_C等指令分别在ControlLogix PLC和S7-1200 PLC控制器中进行编程,实现了两种PLC间无网关数据交互。In view of the different development and programming environment between rockwell automation PLC and Siemens PLC,the data interaction between the two PLCs can not be carried out through hardware configuration,which leads to the difficulty of data interaction and the need for the third-party protocol gateway to realize data sharing,a method of heterogeneous data interaction using Ethernet socket is proposed.By applying MSG、TSEND_C、TRCV_C and other instructions are programmed in ControlLogix PLC and S7-1200 PLC controller respectively to realize gateway free data interaction between the two PLCs.
