摘 要:货物配载路径优化能够降低配送成本。传统路径优化方法没有充分考虑到当前货物所在位置信息,导致配载路径优化效果较差,因此设计一个自动化立体矿山仓库货物配载路径优化方法。设定约束条件,主要包含配送约束与优先级约束,将货架稳定性、出库效率与成本最少作为优化目标,采用遗传算法求解配载路径优化问题,实现自动化立体矿山仓库货物配载路径优化。实验结果表明,所提出的货物配载路径优化方法,较传统方法配送成本最多节省约550元,行驶距离最多减少约800 km,证明所提方法能够有效地提高货物配载路径优化效果。The optimization of cargo stowage path can reduce the distribution cost.The traditional path optimization method does not fully consider the current location information of the goods,resulting in poor stowage path optimization effect.Therefore,an automatic three-dimensional mine warehouse cargo stowage path optimization method is designed.Constraints are set,mainly including distribution constraints and priority constraints,and the shelf stability,outbound efficiency and cost are taken as the optimization goals,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the route optimization problem to realize the optimization of the cargo stowage path of the automated three-dimensional mine warehouse.The experimental results show that the proposed cargo stowage path optimization method can save about 550 yuan in distribution cost and about 800 km in travel distance at most compared with the traditional method,which proves that this method can effectively improve the effect of cargo stowage path optimization.
