摘 要:髌骨骨折严重破坏了伸膝装置的连续性,影响膝关节屈伸功能。面对罹患人群和骨折形态的演变,髌骨骨折现有治疗技术的缺陷逐渐突显,非手术治疗很可能影响膝关节的正常活动。手术治疗被广泛接受,但往往伴随一些并发症,尤以临床最常用的张力带技术,其术后并发症日渐突出及明确。本文基于髌骨解剖结构及生物力学特征,通过临床观察及文献查阅,就张力带系统治疗髌骨骨折术后并发症、产生原因及预防措施进行综述。Patellar fractures severely disrupt the continuity of the extensor mechanism and affect the knee flexion and extension.With the changes in the affected population and fracture patterns,the weaknesses of the existing treatment options for patellar fractures have become apparent.Non-operative treatment is likely to affect the normal movement of the knee;while surgical treatment,though widely accepted,is often accompanied by complications,especially the most commonly used tension band technique,whose postoperative complications are becoming more and more prominent and clear.Based on the anatomical structure and biomechanical characteristics of the patella,this paper summarized the postoperative complications,causes and preventive measures of the tension band system for patellar fractures through clinical observation and literature review.
