摘 要:目前,压气站天然气压缩机组普遍采用人工操作回流阀用于防喘振控制,存在了回流比较大、能源浪费的现象。针对这一问题,在对现场天然气流量梳理的前提下,基于相似原理和最小二乘法对压缩机性能曲线和性能参数进行了修正,并通过模糊控制原理建立了回流阀模糊控制器,从流量差值和差值变化率两个维度实现了回流阀开度的实时调整。结果表明,第二类相似换算结果得到的参数值与现场实测值相比,具有良好的一致性和吻合性;二次多项式对各参数与流量的拟合效果较好;自动控制实施后,回流阀的开度有所减小,且部分时间阀门关闭,平均阀门开度降低了11%,可减少回流量18.5~162.3 m^(3)/h,预计全年可节约运行成本55.88万元~101.90万元。研究结果可为天然气压缩机组的节能运行提供实际参考。At present,the valves are generally used for anti-surge control of natural gas compressor units in compressor stations,resulting in large backflow and energy waste.To solve this problem,on the premise of sorting out the field natural gas flow,the performance curve and performance parameter of compressor have been modified based on the similarity principle and nonlinear fitting,and the fuzzy controller of return valve is established through the fuzzy control principle,which realizes the real-time adjustment of the opening of return valve from two dimensions of flow difference and difference change rate.The results show that the parameter values obtained from the second type of similar conversion have good consistency and coincidence with the measured values.The quadratic polynomial has a bet-ter fitting effect for each parameter and flow rate.After the implementation of automatic control,the opening of the return valve is reduced,and the valve is closed in some time.The average valve open-ing is reduced by 11%,which can reduce the return flow rate by 18.5~162.3 m^(3)/h.It is estimated that the annual operating cost can be saved 558800~1019000 yuan.The research results can provide practical reference for the energy conservation operation of natural gas compressor units.
