摘 要:某油田在应用多年电加热集油工艺过程中发现,该油田某作业区因全部采用电加热工艺,集油系统耗电占该油田同系统能耗的40%以上,系统能耗偏高问题始终难以解决。为进一步降低能耗,选取该作业区一条所挂井数较少,但电加热设备较为全面的干线进行研究,使用PIPEPHASE软件建模,通过理论计算模拟确定“点-线-点”隔断式运行方式为能耗最低的优化运行方式。参照建模开展现场试验表明,该运行方式可以在一次性关停50%以上的电加热设备,原油进站温度不低于原油凝固点(28.6℃),且进站压力不大于0.3 MPa的条件下,实现正常生产运行。During the application of electric heating oil gathering process for many years in a certain oilfield,it was found that due to using electric heating process in an operating areas,the electricity consumption of the oil gathering system accounted for more than 40%of the energy consumption of the same system in oilfield.The problem of high system energy consumption has always been difficult to solve.To further reduce energy consumption,the research is conducted by selecting main line in the operating area with fewer hanging wells,but more comprehensive electric heating equipment.The PIPEPHASE software is used for modeling,and it is determined that the isolated operating mode of“point-line-point”is the optimized operating mode with the lowest energy consumption through the-oretical calculation and simulation.According to on-site experiment conducted with reference to modeling,the operating mode can realize normal production operation under the conditions that more than 50%of electric heating equipment is shut down at one time,the inlet temperature of crude oil is not lower than the solidification point of crude oil(28.6℃),and the inlet pressure is not greater than 0.3 MPa,and provide a reference for the optimization operation of other electric heating systems.
