摘　　要：大运河作为中国历史上最为宏伟壮丽的运河工程之一,不仅令人惊叹于其工程规模,更因其悠久的历史和丰富的文化内涵而成为我国非物质文化遗产的重要载体。国家陆续出台了一系列相关政策,为其保护与发展提供了法律支持。然而,在这一过程中,江苏省大运河非遗知识产权的保护问题也逐渐引起关注。文章深入探讨了其保护与发展现状,并进一步研究其知识产权保护存在的问题以及相关对策。The Grand Canal,as one of the most magnificent canal projects in Chinese history,is not only stunning in its scale,but also an important carrier of China’s intangible cultural heritage due to its long history and rich cultural connotations.The country has successively introduced a series of relevant policies,providing legal support for its protection and development.However,during this process,the protection of intellectual property rights related to the intangible cultural heritage of the Grand Canal in Jiangsu province has gradually attracted attention.The article will delve into the current status of its protection and development,and further study the problems and related countermeasures in its intellectual property protection.
