摘　　要：信息化党建矩阵模式既是新时代党建工作的新探索、新实践,也是新时代党建工作的新趋向和新热点。传统信息化党建既取得了巨大的实践成就,也面临着诸多现实挑战:规范性、标准化不足;内容冷热不均、深浅不一;智能互动能力不足等。信息化党建矩阵融通信息化高新技术功能和党建体系内涵,富涵条理性、规整性、标准化、规范化特征,便捷智能,赋能增强党组织政治功能和组织功能,对于新时代奋进党建新征程、建功党建伟大工程具有重要现实作用。The matrix mode of information-based the Party building is not only a new exploration and practice of the Party building in the new era,but also a new trend and new hot spot of the Party building in the new era.Traditional information-based the Party building has made great achievements in practice,but also faces many practical challenges:insufficient normalization and standardization;the uneven content,and the diff erent depth;insufficient intelligent interaction ability,etc.The informationized the Party construction matrix integrates the high-tech functions of informationization and the connotation of the Party construction system,contains the characteristics of regularity,standardization,which is convenient and intelligent,and empowers the political and organizational functions of the Party organization.It plays an important practical role in advancing the new journey of the Party construction and making great achievements in the great project of the Party construction in the new era.
