阳离子化椰衣纤维吸附剂的制备及其吸附性能

摘  要:以农业废弃物椰衣纤维为原料,经NaOH、NaClO前处理,再经过与阳离子单体甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯的接枝反应,制备了阳离子化椰衣吸附剂,并探究了其的吸附性能。扫描电镜图显示,阳离子化的椰衣吸附剂表面附着有片状物。能谱分析及红外光谱分析均证明,阳离子单体成功接枝于椰衣纤维表面。吸附实验表明,经NaOH和NaClO前处理的椰衣纤维,能有效促进阳离子单体的接枝反应。与未改性的椰衣相比,阳离子化的椰衣吸附剂对MO的吸附性能提升了88%,在pH=12的溶液中,解吸率达到99%,具有易解吸性能。同时,阳离子化的椰衣吸附剂对食用色素日落黄及诱惑红的吸附能力也得到大幅提升,吸附率从0%提升至86.38%和84.54%;对抗菌药物环丙沙星和红霉素也有一定的吸附能力,吸附率分别为45.33%及57.36%。结果表明,椰衣生物质资源在污水处理、检验检测、净化等领域均具有潜在的应用前景。Applied agricultural waste coconut fiber as raw material,pretreated by NaOH and NaClO,then grafted cationic monome(DMAEMA),a cationic adsorbent based on coconut fiber was prepared.Its adsorption property on methyl orange(MO)dyes was studied.The SEM results showed that membrane like substances attached to the surface of cationic coconut fiber adsorbent.Both energy spectrum analysis and infrared spectroscopy analysis confirmed that cationic monomers were successfully grafted onto the surface of coconut fiber.Adsorption experiments showed that coconut fiber pretreated with NaOH and NaClO could effectively promote the grafting reaction of cationic monomers.Compared with unmodified coconut fibers,the cationic coconut shell adsorbent improved the adsorption performance of MO by 88%.In a pH=12 solution,the desorption rate reached 99%,which showed excellent desorption capacity and renewable perfarmance.At the same time,the cationic coconut coating adsorbent was significantly improved its adsorption capacity for commonly used sunset yellow and temptation red in food,with adsorption rates increasing from 0%to 86.38%and 84.54%respectively.It also had a certain adsorption capacity for commonly used antibacterial drugs ciprofloxacin and erythromycin,with adsorption rates of 45.33%and 57.36%,respectively.These results indicated that coconut shell biomass resources had potential application prospects in sewage treatment,testing,detection and purification materials.
