摘  要:乙烯氧化制备环氧乙烷反应的特征显著,其使用的银催化剂通常以惰性的α-Al_(2)O_(3)作为载体。载体的晶相、形貌、比表面积、孔结构、酸碱性质、堆比、吸水率、导热性能、机械强度等,对催化剂的整体性能有着重要的影响。本文详细介绍了矿化剂及助剂的选择对载体及催化剂性能的影响规律,以期为未来银催化剂载体的制备和设计提供研究思路。The reaction of ethylene oxidation for the preparation of ethylene oxide had distinct characteristics and the inertα-Al_(2)O_(3)was usually used as carrier for its silver catalysts.The crystalline phase,morphology,specific surface area,pore structure,acid-base properties,stacking ratio,water absorption,thermal conductivity and mechanical strength of the carrier had significant impact on the overall performance of the catalyst.In this paper,the effects of the selection of mineralizers and promoters on the performance of carriers and corresponding catalysts were described in detail,in order to provide research insights for the future preparation and design of silver catalyst carriers.
