摘  要:吡啶亚胺镍催化剂是一种基于亚胺基配体的金属镍配合物,因其在乙烯聚合中高效的催化性能和优异的化学可调性,一直以来备受学者关注。为了给该催化剂的改进提供新的研究思路,制备了3种新型吡啶亚胺镍催化剂并进行了乙烯聚合实验,分析了反应温度、取代基团、反应溶剂等对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明:随着反应温度的升高,催化活性逐步降低,聚合物的分子量亦逐渐降低;配体苯胺环上2,6号位的烷基修饰基团的空间位阻会对聚合产物的分子量产生一定影响,利用具有异丙基这一最大位阻取代基的催化剂3,制备出了分子量更大、支化度更低的聚合物。The pyridine-imine nickel catalyst is metal-nickel complexe based on imine-based ligands,which has attracted the attention of scholars for its efficient catalytic performance and excellent chemical tunability in ethylene polymerization.In order to provide novel research ideas for the improvement of this type catalyst,three new pyridine imine nickel catalysts were prepared and ethylene polymerization experiments were conducted.The effects of reaction temperature,substituent groups,reaction solvents,etc.on the performance of the catalyst were analyzed.The results showed that as the reaction temperature increased,the catalytic activity gradually decreased,and the molecular weight of the polymer also gradually decreased;The steric hindrance of the alkyl modification group at positions 2,6 on the aniline ring of the ligand had an effect on the molecular weight of the polymerized products.By using catalyst 3 with isopropyl as the largest steric hindrance substituent,the polymer with larger molecular weight and lower branching degree was prepared.
