摘 要:由于Cu^(2+)在多种病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用,因此开发高选择性和高灵敏度的Cu^(2+)离子传感器在化学、生物和环境领域非常重要.通过在四苯乙烯骨架中引入异硫氰酸苯酯,构建了一种具有聚集诱导发射的新型荧光传感器TPE-A,用于检测Cu^(2+).TPE-A在水性介质中对Cu^(2+)显示出快速、灵敏选择的荧光“关闭”响应.在365 nm紫外灯下,加入Cu^(2+)离子的瞬间,肉眼可以清楚地观察到从亮蓝色到无色的可见颜色变化.通过荧光滴定、红外分析和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算揭示了反应机制.此外,对铜离子检测的研究结果表明该分子对铜离子的检出限为3.12×10^(-7)mol/L.这项研究为设计和制备用于检测Cu^(2+)离子的AIE活性荧光传感器提供了一种有价值的方法.The development of highly selective and sensitive Cu^(2+)ion sensors is of great significance in the chemical,biological and environmental fields due to the important role of Cu^(2+)in a variety of pathophysiological processes.Firstly,a novel fluorescent sensor TPE-A with aggregation-induced emission was constructed by introducing phenyl isothiocyanate into a tetraphenylene skeleton for the detection of Cu^(2+).In the meanwhle,TPE-A showed a fast and sensitively selective fluorescence"off"response to Cu^(2+)in aqueous media.Secondly,at the instant of addition of Cu^(2+)ions,a visible colour change from bright blue to colourless was clearly observed by the naked eye under 365 nm UV light.Lastly,the reaction mechanism was revealed by fluorescence titration,infrared analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculations.In addition,the results of Cu^(2+)ion detection showed that the molecule had a detection limit of 3.12×10^(-7)mol/L.Generally speaking,this study provides a valuable method for the design and preparation of AIE-activated fluorescent sensors for the detection of Cu^(2+)ions.
