摘　　要：全球使用的预防性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗包括二价、四价和九价疫苗,可有效预防多种HPV感染亚型及其所致的生殖器疣及癌前病变。宫颈癌是中国第二大妇科恶性肿瘤,因此HPV疫苗在国内受到广泛关注。本文通过分析HPV疫苗与早发性卵巢功能不全相关性的文献,阐述HPV疫苗对卵巢功能的影响,减少公众对疫苗安全性的顾虑,促进HPV疫苗在国内的推广应用。Prophylactic human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccines,including bivalent,quadrivalent,and nine-valent vaccines,are used worldwide to effectively prevent a variety of HPV infection subtypes and the genital warts and precancerous lesions caused by them.Cervical cancer is the second most common gynecological malignancy in China,so HPV vaccine has attracted wide attention in China.This article summarizes the correlation between premature ovarian insufficiency and HPV vaccines,expounds the impact of HPV vaccine on ovarian function,reduces public concerns about the safety of the vaccine,in order to promote and application of HPV vaccine in China.
