结合雌激素软膏联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨结合雌激素软膏(倍美力)联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法 选择在栖霞市人民医院2021年5月至2023年5月治疗的70例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予复方甲硝唑栓单一用药,研究组给予倍美力联合复方甲硝唑栓,比较两组临床效果、临床症状及体征改善时间、炎症因子、阴道pH值、雌二醇水平、复发率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组临床症状及体征改善时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后两组C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组阴道pH值较治疗前降低,雌二醇水平较治疗前升高,且研究组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率较对照组低(P <0.05)。结论 在老年性阴道炎治疗中联合应用倍美力与复方甲硝唑栓可有效抑制炎症反应,提高治疗效果及雌二醇水平,降低复发率及pH值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Conjugated Estrogens Ointment(Premarin)combined with Compound Metronidazole Suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods Seventy patients with senile vaginitis treated in Qixia People’s Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given Compound Metronidazole Suppository alone,and the study group was given Premarin combined with Compound Metronidazole Suppository.The clinical effect,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs,inflammatory factors,vaginal pH value,estradiol level,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH value of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the estradiol level was higher than that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of senile vaginitis,the combination of Premarin and Compound Metronidazole Suppository can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response,improve the therapeutic effect and the level of estradiol,and reduce the recurrence rate and pH value.
