Objective To explore the application effect of PMP combined with inventory management in the rescue of pediatric acute critical illness in children. Methods A total of 130 children with pediatric acute critical illness in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=65)according to lottery method. The control group was given routine emergency management, while the observation group was given PMP combined with inventory management. The total incidence of adverse events and the correct rate of treatment behavior of rescue workers were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The correct rate of treatment behavior of rescue workers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PMP combined with inventory management in the rescue of pediatric acute critical illness in children has significant application effect, which can improve rescue efficiency and reduce adverse events, and is worth popularizing.
