摘 要:从氧化温度和时间、烧成温度和高火保温时间、强冷时间三个方面,结合现代测试方法,探讨烧成制度对仿古砖切割裂缺陷的影响。通过研究发现:适当延长氧化时间,可避免气体较早封闭在坯体内;适中的烧成温度和高火保温时间,能够降低坯体气孔率、拉平窑内温差,使坯体强度提高、内部无应力差;适当延长强冷时间,使方石英晶型转变的应力有效释放。以上结果表明,通过设置合理的烧成制度能够有效地避免切割裂缺陷的产生。A配方烧成条件为:氧化温度1000℃,氧化时间17 min,烧成温度1162℃,高火保温时间7 min,300℃强冷时间4 min。This article investigates the influence of sintering system on the cracking defects after cutting of archaize brick from three aspects:oxidation temperature and time,firing temperature and high-fire holding time,and rapid cooling time,combined with modern testing methods.The study reveals that extending the oxidation time appropriately can avoid early gas closure in the body;moderate firing temperature and high-temperature insulation time can reduce the porosity of the brick body,even out the temperature difference inside the kiln,increase the strength of the brick body,and eliminate internal stress differences;and extending the rapid cooling time properly can effectively release the stress caused by the transformation of the cristobalite crystal type.The above results showed that setting a reasonable firing system can effectively prevent the generation of cutting defects.The optimum sintering parameters of formula A were the oxidation temperature of 1000℃,the oxidation time of 17 min,the firing temperature of 1162℃,the high-temperature holding time of 7 min,and the rapid cooling time of 4min at 300℃.
