摘　　要：深入探讨用户信息行为对高校图书馆多维信息服务的影响,可以揭示用户与高校图书馆间的作用关系。以高校读者为研究对象,对其关于图书馆的服务满意度进行了问卷调查,分析了高校图书馆信息服务存在的主要问题,包括信息资源建设结构不合理、信息服务内容浅显、信息服务平台开发程度低、信息服务工作人员智慧化程度低等;在此基础上,从用户的发现行为、收集行为、创造行为和分享行为出发,构建了以用户为主体,以人员、资源、设备和技术作为一重保障,以资金、制度和管理作为二重保障的多维信息服务模式,以进一步加强馆读关系。Exploring the influence of user information behaviors on multi-dimensional information service of universi⁃ty library can reveal the functional relationship between users and university library.Taking university readers as the re⁃search objects,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on their satisfaction with the library services,and analyzes the main problems existing in the information services of university libraries,including unreasonable information resource construction structure,simple information service contents,lower development level of information service platform and lower intelligence level of information service staffs;and on this basis,from the user discovery behaviors,collection be⁃haviors,creation behaviors and sharing behaviors,constructs a multi-dimensional information service model regarding us⁃ers as the main bodies and taking the personnel,resource,equipment and technology as the primary guarantee and the fund,system and management as the dual guarantee,so as to further strengthen the relationship between the library and readers.
