摘　　要：文化数字化战略的实施离不开基层单位的广泛参与,做好城市社区公共数字文化服务是关键工作,需要建设完善的城市社区公共文化服务云平台,发挥政府部门、社会力量的协同作用。深入分析了社区公共文化服务云平台的含义和类型,总结比较了政府委托社会力量建设云平台、政府引入社会力量主导建设云平台的两种模式,阐述了社会力量参与云平台建设运营的3种方式与实践探索,并提出了社会力量参与城市社区公共文化服务云平台建设的核心导向。The implementation of cultural digitization strategy cannot be separated from the extensive participation of grassroots units.And it is the key work to do a good job in urban community’s public digital cultural services,therefore,to build a comprehensive cloud platform for public cultural services in urban communities is necessary,it requires the synergistic effect of government departments and social forces.This paper deeply analyzes the meanings and types of the cloud platform for community’s public cultural services,summarizes and compares the two models of government entrusting social forces to build cloud platforms and government introducing social forces to lead the construction of cloud platforms,sorts out the three ways and practical explorations of social forces participating in cloud platform construction and operation,and puts forward the core orientation of social forces participating in the construction of the cloud platform for urban community’s public cultural services.
