摘 要:为了解安康市现代农业发展效率状况,选取2009—2020年安康市污染治理投资总额、农业固定资产投资额、耕地面积和乡村劳动力资源总数4个农业投入指标,以及农业总产值和农业人均生产值2个农业产出指标,采用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)模型中的BCC模型进行效率分析。结果表明,安康市农业投入产出效率只有2020年的DEA模型是有效的,但从2009年开始,综合效率总体呈现上升趋势;从投入冗余率与产出不足率可以看出,安康市农业总产值基本不存在产出不足的现象,除2020年外,其余各年份在污染治理投资总额、农业固定资产投资额、耕地面积和乡村劳动力资源总数的投入在不同程度都存在冗余,投入结构不合理造成DEA模型无效。In order to understand efficiency of modern agricultural development in Ankang City,four indicators of agricultural input were selected,including total investment in pollution control,investment in agricultural fixed assets,cultivated land area,total rural labor resources,and two output indicators of agricultural gross output value and agricultural per capita production value in Ankang City from 2009 to 2020.BCC model in data envelopment analysis(DEA)model was used for efficiency analysis.Results showed that,comprehensive efficiency of agricultural input and output in Ankang City was only effective at DEA in 2020.But since 2009,overall overall efficiency has shown a listing trend.From input redundancy rate and output insufficiency rate,it could be seen that there was basically no phenomenon of output insufficiency in total agricultural output value of Ankang City.Except 2020,total investment in pollution control,agricultural fixed assets investment,cultivated land area,and total rural labor resources in other years were redundant to varying degrees,and unreasonable input structure caused DEA to be invalid.
