“一带一路”背景下高校国际化技能人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：十多年来,“一带一路”倡议逐渐成为加强高等教育国际交流与合作的重要载体,也成为实现多元文明交流互鉴的核心渠道、构建人类命运共同体的关键路径。在此过程中,高等教育对外开放理念、国际交流与合作政策、中外合作办学、高层次涉外专门人才培养、人文交流等不断深化。文章通过对高校如何有效构建与“一带一路”建设需求相契合的国际化技能人才培养模式的探讨,重点针对相应课程体系设计的途径与原则,国际化项目管理与跨文化协作的实施方法,复合型国际化人才培养路径以及高校开展国际教育合作的要点提出了若干具体建议。For more than a decade,the“Belt and Road”initiative has gradually become an important carrier for strengthening international exchanges and cooperation in higher education,a core channel for exchanges and mutual learning among diverse civilizations,and a key path to building a community with a shared future for mankind.During this process,opening up higher education to the outside world,international exchange and cooperation,Sino-foreign cooperation in education,cultivation of high-level foreign-related specialized talents,and cultural exchanges have all made significant headway.Against this backdrop,the thesis discusses how colleges and universities can develop an effective personnel training mode that meets the needs of“Belt and Road”,and puts forward several specific suggestions on the principles of curriculum design,the implementation of international project management and cross-cultural cooperation,the training path of inter-disciplinary talents,and the key points of international education cooperation among colleges and universities.
