摘 要:故障树分析法是一种图形演绎方法,反映故障事件在一定条件下发生的逻辑规律。故障树分析法把系统的故障树与组成系统各部件的故障有机地联系在一起,可以找出系统全部可能的失效状态。故障树本身也是一种形象化的技术资料,在它建成以后,对系统的管理和运行人员也起到了直观教学和维修指南的作用。为了有效降低和谐机车发生故障的概率,确保和谐机车的运营质量,文章通过对直流牵引电机碳刷断辫故障建立故障树,分析总结了直流牵引电机碳刷发生断辫故障的主要原因,为确保直流牵引电机碳刷稳定运行提供了可靠依据。Fault tree analysis is a deduction method that explains the law of fault events occurring under certain conditions.It organically links the fault tree of the system with the faults of various components of the system,so as to identify all possible failures.The fault tree itself is visualized data,which also serves as a visual and maintenance guide for system management and operation personnel.In order to effectively reduce the faults in harmonious locomotives and ensure its operational quality,this article establishes a fault tree to examine the main reasons for the broken braids of DC traction motor carbon brushes,and provides a reliable basis for the stable operation of carbon brushes.
