摘 要:中国经济持续快速发展所引发的环境问题使得国内房地产企业面临着前所未有的绿色发展机遇。以房地产行业内追求绿色发展的HR公司为研究对象,从绿色效益、绿色科技、绿色建造、绿色采购、绿色能源、绿色管理及绿色营销7个方面选取了22个指标,将熵权法与TOPSIS模型结合形成了熵权-TOPSIS模型,以此构建了房地产企业绿色发展评价体系。结果表明:2016-2021年HR公司的绿色发展水平整体呈上升趋势;其在不同方面的绿色发展水平存在明显差异,绿色发展重点集中在绿色建造、绿色科技、绿色管理及绿色能源方面。The environmental problems caused by China′s sustained and rapid economic growth over the years make domestic real estate enterprises face unprecedented opportunities for green development.HR Real Estate company,which pursues green development,is selected as the research object.22 indicators are selected from seven aspects:green benefit,green technology,green construction,green procurement,green energy,green management and green marketing.Entropy weight method is combined with TOPSIS model to form entropy⁃TOPSIS model.Therefore,the evaluation system of green development of real estate enterprises is constructed.The results show that the overall green development level of HR real estate companies is on the rise from 2016 to 2021;there are obvious differences in the level of green development in different aspects,and the green development focuses on green construction,green technology,green management and green energy.
