工业文化街区空间失序研究——以长春一汽为例

摘　　要：在城市更新背景下,工业文化街区空间失序现象备受重视。研究对长春一汽工业文化街区进行了空间失序评价,以街景图像作为数据来源,结合空间失序感指标体系,分析了该工业文化街区空间品质的影响因素和造成空间失序的主要原因。研究表明:工业文化街区主要受到建筑外立面老旧破损、招牌杂乱、路边临时停车、树木生长杂乱等失序因子的影响。空间失序值分别与破败感、失控感和无序感成正相关,舒适度分别与破败感、无序感和空间失序值成强负相关。基于研究结论对工业文化街区提出了空间更新优化策略,以期达到空间微更新与活化再生的目的。In the context of urban renewal,the phenomenon of Physical disorder in industrial cultural neighborhoods has received much attention.This study evaluates the Physical disorder of FAW industrial cultural neighborhood in Changchun,using streetscape images as the data source and combining the Physical disorder sense index system to analyze the influencing factors of spatial quality and the main causes of Physical disorder in this industrial cultural neighborhood.The study shows that the industrial cultural neighborhood is mainly affected by the disorder factors such as old and dilapidated building facades,disorderly signboards,temporary parking on the roadside and disorderly tree growth.Physical disorder values are positively correlated with the sense of dilapidation,loss of control and disorder,respectively.Comfort is strongly and negatively correlated with the sense of disrepair,disorder and Physical disorder values,respectively.Based on the findings of the study,spatial renewal optimization strategies are proposed for the industrial cultural district to achieve the purpose of spatial micro⁃renewal and revitalization and regeneration.
