基于SEM的村镇住宅建设技术服务满意度影响因素研究

摘　　要：为进一步规范村镇居民住宅建设、提升村镇居民住房质量,以发放问卷的方式对河南省新野县村镇住宅建设技术服务满意度进行了调查,采用结构方程模型对211份调查结果进行了满意度影响因素分析。研究结果显示:模型的4个潜变量(感知易用性、管理有效性、感知有用性和使用意愿)对村镇住宅建设技术服务满意度都有显著的正向影响。最后,从新型施工技术和材料的宣传、相关法律法规的完善和普及、施工单位资质及技术服务的使用意愿4个方面提出了提升满意度的建议。In order to further standardize the residential construction of rural residents and improve the housing quality of rural residents,this paper investigates the satisfaction of technical services in rural residential construction in Xinye County,Henan Province by sending out questionnaires,and analyzes the influencing factors of satisfaction by using the structural equation model towards 211 survey results.The results show that the four latent variables of the model which are perceived ease of use,management effectiveness,perceived usefulness and willingness to use have a significantly positive impact on the satisfaction of technical services in rural residential construction.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the satisfaction from four aspects including the publicity of new construction technologies and materials,the improvement and popularization of relevant laws and regulations,the qualification of construction units and the willingness to use technical services.
