摘 要:针对机械式自动变速器(AMT)车辆低附着路面起步行驶驱动轮打滑问题,以装备了6挡AMT的轻卡车型为研究对象,根据AMT系统与防抱死制动系统(ABS)轮速判断车辆低附着路面起步驱动轮打滑情况,对低附着路面车辆起步进行动力学分析,提出AMT车辆低附着路面起步控制策略,设计相应控制软件,在低附着路面进行实车测试验证。试验结果表明,该研究方法能够很好地满足AMT车辆低附着路面起步的要求,有效避免驱动轮打滑,提高车辆操纵稳定性,具有很强的实用性。Aiming at the problem of driving wheel slip of automated mechanical transmission(AMT)vehicles starting on low adhesion road surface,taking the vehicle equipped with 6 AMT light truck as the research object,judging the skid of driving wheel on low adhesion road surface according to AMT system and anti-lock brake system(ABS)wheel speed,and conducting dynamic analysis of vehicle starting on low adhesion road surface.The starting control strategy of AMT vehicles with low adhesion road surface is proposed,corresponding control software is designed,and the real vehicle test is verified on the low adhesion road surface.The test results show that the research method can well meet the requirements of AMT vehicles with low adhesion road surface starting,effectively avoid driving wheel skid,improve vehicle handling stability,and have strong practicability.
