摘 要:文章主要研究单斜臂悬架的三角臂布置硬点对车辆跳动前束、跳动外倾的影响。首先,以某单斜臂悬架为研究对象,运用ADAMS/Car建立多体动力学模型并进行仿真分析,找出存在的问题。接着,采用ADAMS/Insight对主要硬点坐标进行灵敏度分析,找到影响前束角、外倾角变化的关键因素,并依据关键因素对研究对象进行优化设计,使得跳动前束、外倾的性能提升。最后,总结单斜臂悬架的布置要点和优化思路,为单斜臂的硬点设计提供了参考依据。This paper mainly studies the effect of triangular arm arrangement hard point of single trailing arm suspension on bump toe and bump camber of vehicle.Firstly,taking a single trailing arm suspension as the research object,the multi-body dynamics model is established by ADAMS/Car and the simulation analysis is conducted to find out the existing problems.Then,the sensitivity analysis of the main hard point coordinates is used in ADAMS/Insight to find the key factors affecting the changes of the toe and camber,and according to the key factors to optimize the design of the research object,so that the performance of the bump toe and bump camber character is improved.Finally,the layout points and optimization ideas of single trailing arm suspension are summarized,which provides a reference for the hard point design of single trailing arm.
