摘 要:个性化的需求使得汽车生产过程具有多品种、小批量的特点,如何将每辆车所需的上千种零部件采用适宜的方式高效、准确、低成本的组织配送上线,是每个汽车企业的研究重点。文章分析了不同物料配送上线方式的适用情景,在新工厂建设时,结合物料属性的差异采用了不一样的配送方式,并根据流水线的自身特点对看板拉动和时段配送方式提出了一定的改进优化。应用结果表明,改进措施在应对流水线变化时表现得更为高效,也更符合精益物流的特点。Personalized demand makes the automobile production process with multi-variety,small batch characteristics,how to use the thousands of parts required by each automobile in an appropriate way efficient,accurate,low-cost organization distribution online,is the focus of each automobile enterprise research.This paper analyzes the application scenarios of different online distribution methods of materials,adopts different distribution methods in combination with the differences in material attributes during the construction of new factories,and proposes certain improvements and optimization of kanban pull and time-slot distribution methods according to the characteristics of the assembly line.The application results show that the improvement measures are more efficient in responding to the changes of the assembly line,and also more in line with the characteristics of lean logistics.
