摘  要:螺栓连接是白车身门盖装配过程中最常见的连接工艺,螺栓强度的可靠性是汽车安全的重要保障之一。文章介绍了适用于汽车及其组件的米制ISO螺栓的连接装配方法以及大众集团内采用的安装-拧紧方法,重点介绍了某先进整车制造厂螺栓拧紧的技术要求、常用的拧紧工具,以及各类型螺栓的差异化拧紧方法。阐述了螺栓螺母的拧紧检测技术规范,拧紧数据的存储系统保存方法和数据存储的具体要求,确保拧紧结果的准确性和数据的可靠性,及其后续可能的质量可追溯性。对系统熟悉掌握车身螺栓拧紧控制方案,以及现场质量人员优化拧紧工艺质量具有重要的指导作用。Bolt connection is the most common connection process in the assembly of white body door covers,and the reliability of bolt strength is one of the important guarantees for automotive safety.This article introduces the bolt connection assembly of metric ISO bolts suitable for automobiles and their components,as well as the installation tightening method used within the Volkswagen Group.It focuses on the technical requirements for bolt tightening in an advanced vehicle manufacturing plant,commonly used tightening tools,and differentiated tightening methods for various types of bolts.It also emphasizes the tightening detection technical specifications for bolts and nuts,the storage system storage method for tightening data,and the specific requirements for data storage.Ensure the accuracy of tightening results and the reliability of data,as well as possible quality traceability in the future.Familiarity with the system and mastery of the vehicle bolt tightening control scheme,as well as the optimization of tightening process quality by on-site quality personnel,play an important guiding role.
