摘  要:【目的】通过蚯蚓死亡率、体质量变化率等数据表征重金属镉和三嗪类农药扑草净单一及复合污染对蚯蚓造成的急性毒性效应,探讨污染物毒性及复合污染关系的变化。【方法】以赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia fetida)为受试生物,镉和扑草净为受试材料,采用人工土壤法对比不同污染时间和不同污染物质量分数处理下蚯蚓生理指标的变化。【结果】单一污染时,镉对蚯蚓7和14 d的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为1101.00和543.30 mg/kg;扑草净对蚯蚓7和14 d的LC50分别为91.89和54.04 mg/kg。复合污染时,随着污染时间的增加,主效应因子由扑草净转为镉,污染物毒性也随之增强。【结论】扑草净单一污染的毒性大于镉,但镉在复合污染中的毒性更大。[Purpose]The acute toxic effects of single and compound pollution of cadmium and triazine herbicide prometryn on earthworms were characterized by mortality and body weight change of earthworms,exploring the change of relationship between the toxicity of pollutants and compound pollution.[Methods]Eisenia fetida was used as the test organism,cadmium and prometryn were used as the test materials,the changes of physiological indicators of earthworms under different pollution times and different mass fractions of pollutants were compared using an artificial soil method.[Results]In single pollution,the half-lethal concentration(LC50)of cadmium on earthworms at 7 and 14 days were 1101.00 and 543.30 mg/kg,respectively;while the LC50 of prometryn on earthworms at 7 and 14 days were 91.89 and 54.04 mg/kg,respectively.In compound pollution,with the increase of exposure time,the main effect factor switched from prometryn to cadmium,and the toxicity of pollutants also increased accordingly.[Conclusion]The toxicity of prometryn in single pollution is greater than that of cadmium,but in compound pollution,cadmium has a greater impact on the toxicity of pollutants.
